This Companion covers the full predictive AI chain, from the foundations of machine learning to the deployment of autonomous agents on Oracle Cloud.

The first course, "Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Deep Learning", taught by Professors Marco Gori and Stefano Melacci of the University of Siena, presents the fundamentals of machine learning, from shallow models to deep architectures, with applications to computer vision and natural language processing, and hands-on work with TensorFlow.

The second course, "Deep Learning by Example", taught by Professor Meriem Stimade of ESTIA, goes deeper into Deep Learning through a project-based approach: convolutional networks, transfer learning, recurrent networks and object detection with YOLO, using Python and PyTorch.

On the Oracle side, "Become an OCI Data Science Professional" covers the full machine learning lifecycle on OCI Data Science: data ingestion, model training and evaluation, deployment and pipeline automation, following MLOps best practices.

"Become an Agentic AI for Oracle AI Database Professional" is dedicated to building agentic AI applications on Oracle AI Database 23ai: integrating LLMs and embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines and the orchestration of autonomous agents.

✅ On completing the Companion, you validate 6 ECTS corresponding to credits from the BIHAR Master of Science, and you may sit the OCI Data Science Professional (1Z0-1110-26) and Agentic AI for Oracle AI Database Professional (1Z0-1159-26) certifications.

All academic courses are offered as MOOC videos, giving you complete flexibility in your learning journey.

The courses "Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Deep Learning" and "Deep Learning by Example" are delivered on the Moodle platform, managed by Datum Academy. You will find instructional videos, downloadable course materials and detailed case studies. Academic exams are taken online, remotely proctored by ProctorExam.

The Oracle learning paths are accessible on the Oracle MyLearn platform. Official path and certification titles are in English; the courses are generally multilingual.
